The standard of the Naval College at Angra dos Reis (the main school for
commissioning officers for the Brazilian Navy) is 100 x 120 cm, light
silver, with the school's coat of arms on the center, the field of the flag
being bordered all the way around with navy blue and silver cord. The coat
of arms depicts a book superimposed on an anchor, all surrounded by a gold
rope, ensigned with a naval crown, and with
the Order of Naval Merit pendant beneath. The cockade, streamers, and staff
are as for the Navy standard, but with the name of the college.
